Updating Account Information
myProjectBuilder.com Service Provider account holders can update their account and company information any time they like.
- Follow the log in steps noted above.
- If logged in but not on the account page, the user can click on the black “My Account” button displayed at the upper right hand corner of each page of the website. This will bring the user to their account page.
- On the user’s “My Account” page, two buttons are displayed to the right of their company name, “View” and “Edit”. Click the “Edit” button to change the account email address, password or time zone. Once the information is revised, be sure to click the black “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
- Below the “Company Profile” heading the user’s company profile is displayed as seen by the general public. To edit the company profile information, the user simply clicks the “Edit” button below the heading and above the profile. This will allow a user to revise any provided criteria on their company page any time they like. Once company information is revised, be sure to click the black “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
